Meeting like-minded individuals in Copenhagen, he channelled his drive to combat food waste into innovative solutions. This resulted in the creation of Too Good To Go, a transformative app tackling waste and empowering communities. The app has now saved 250 million meals from going to waste, Jamie is a true inspiration and sustainability champion.
