Theo Youds shares his experience of founding the Leeds University Rocketry Association while studying aerospace engineering at University of Leeds. Frustrated by the lack of practical aerospace opportunities, he created LURA to give students hands-on experience in rocketry and space engineering. Starting as an unfunded initiative, the team grew into an internationally recognised student organisation building and launching rockets. In the talk, Theo explains the key lessons he learned about innovation, teamwork, and turning ideas into reality
